“Our collaboration with the Oulu Theatre started in the autumn of 2023. Our package consisted of four performances, Defiance, Fishing for the Little Pike, Post-Kabaree and The Magic Flute. We invited our customers to have an unforgettable evening at the theatre.

The events included a tour of the theatre before the performance, where we were introduced to the secrets of the theatre. Seeing what goes on behind the scenes at the theatre was extremely interesting. After the tour, we enjoyed a glass of sparkling wine with sweet and savoury snacks in the private room. Theatre Agents

The Theatre Agents are important regular customers and group leaders at the Oulu Theatre. You can sign up as a Theatre Agent and retain your membership by purchasing more than 50 tickets per season (between 1 August and 31 July). The agent discount cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.

Theatre Agent benefits:

1. Tickets at Theatre Agent prices

A Theatre Agent can purchase tickets at a special price for the theatre’s own productions. The discount is three euros off the price of a basic price or pensioner ticket (in the case of some productions, the Theatre Agent discount does not apply to pensioner tickets). The discount/benefit does not apply to pupil/student tickets, guest performances, Christmas concerts, children’s performances or premieres. Groups of at least 25 people (excluding the productions listed above) will receive two free tickets.

2. Events

Theatre Agents may be invited to events organised by the theatre, to meet artists and to other meetings and events tailored for regular customers.

3. Personal service

4. Previews

Theatre Agents receive two free tickets to previews of the theatre’s own spoken plays (but not for musicals or operas).

5. Purchase all tickets with your customer number – we will reward the hardest-working Theatre Agent

Your customer data will include a note that you are a Theatre Agent. By always using your customer number when purchasing tickets, you will accumulate ticket purchases that entitle you to the status of Theatre Agent. The theatre keeps track of all purchases during the season and rewards the hardest-working Theatre Agent at an event arranged in the autumn.

6. Ticket prizes

Agents receive free tickets for the theatre’s own spoken plays (excl. musicals or operas) in proportion to the number of tickets sold (per season):

50–99 tickets sold: 1 free VIP ticket
100–149 tickets sold: 2 free VIP tickets
150–199 tickets sold: 3 free VIP tickets
200–299 tickets sold: 4 free VIP tickets
300–399 tickets sold: 5 free VIP tickets
400–499 tickets sold: 6 free VIP tickets
More than 500 tickets sold: 10 free VIP tickets
